Summary

The ideal classroom challenges the educator to design an instructional environment and lesson plan unique to the educator's learning philosophy and content he or she wishes to teach. This project explores the importance of creativity in the classroom and challenges the students working in this classroom to work as a creative community towards a common goal. The goal in the Teach.Create.Live classroom is for students to understand the process of play production from start to finish, digitally document the process, and connect with the community in order to fund and present their final product. The students in the classroom benefit by creating a quality production that is worthy of being presented in the community. The community benefits by connecting with innovative, creative youthful minds that will continue to grow and enrich the community.
